The aim of this blog is primarily to discuss and introduce music. I write under the name Crystal Darkness because that really describes my musical tastes, dark but discerning, and in some ways my approach to life.
I may also write about subjects I'm passionate about such as human rights and sexuality if I come across something interesting.
And there will be reports on interesting events in my daily life, like attending DMZ and Bloc Festival or more mundane things like dating a 21st century hippy or organising a threesome.

- I love listening to and writing about as much music as I can get my hands on. I'm passionate about alternative electronic music, anything from dark dirty beats to beautiful electronic soundscapes. Dubstep, grime and hardcore classical music are also particular interests! Please send me any music you make or think I should hear. I also write abstract poems and stories and am working on my DJ skills. I am always seeking out intense experiences to write about. I post articles up here about interesting events in my daily life and anything, musical or otherwise, I find particularly wonderful or worthwhile.
